Beth Bojarski is a professional oil painter who lives and works in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 1995, she received a BFA in Illustration from Kendall College of Art and Design (Grand Rapids, Michigan). Her captivating paintings have been featured in galleries and art festivals across the country. They have received numerous awards and praise at many of the venues she has exhibited. Beth Bojarski's paintings are a form of story telling. As she’s working, she is asking herself, “Who is this person in front of me? Why are they interesting? What do they have to say?” Her oil paintings are generally painted on wood - preferably boards that are weathered and worn. She has used barn doors, cabinets, and slices of tree stumps as her canvas. Her frames are also made from found objects such as distressed boxes, antique brass sprinklers, and rusty metal contraptions.
Beth's artwork has been featured at numerous galleries and museums including the Milwaukee Art Museum (WI), Rockford Art Museum (IL), and the Contemporary Art Center (Peoria, IL).
